Well, these last two weeks has been a complete whirlwind! Not even three weeks ago we finally began the process of looking into buying a house. Spoke to a loan officer, found a realtor, looked at two houses, and then a third. That same day of looking at that third house, we put in an offer, and by the end of the day yesterday it was accepted.
So, by the end of the year, we will be in the house pictured, with 20 acres to play with.
Believe me when I say I am completely overwhelmed and frustrated. I can't think straight, I want to do all these things and I basically cannot step foot on the property until I get to with the inspector. After that, not again really until move in. It's killing me, I am NOT a patient person.
Firstly, I think I will get chickens before we move. So I can start raising them now-ish, and then build the coop, as soon as we can. Then, once we are able to get in there without a baby-sitter, I will be PAINTING. I have been trying to decide what colors. I am thinking light blues, greens, and greys.
HOW do people deal with this shit???
